We're introducing a new Issue Offers feature that simplifies the experience of distributing offers in bulk to loyalty members. This eliminates manual export and import processes while providing a simplified bulk assignment workflow in the Offer Management interface.

File-Based Batch Distribution
Issue offers directly to members via uploaded member lists through a new tab within your existing Offer Management interface. The system automatically generates offer responses for targeted members.
Real-Time Processing Controls
Monitor distribution progress with live status updates and maintain control with stop-processing capabilities. The system provides immediate rollback functionality and continues processing when individual responses encounter errors.

This feature provides control over how minimum subtotal requirements are calculated, ensuring consistent offer performance regardless of location-specific pricing differences.

Minimum Purchase Calculation Control
Configure whether discounted items are included in minimum subtotal calculations through a new option "Excluding coupon discount?" This setting appears when you define minimum subtotal requirements.
Consistent Promotional Returns
Eliminate the advantage that higher-priced stores previously received from discounted items counting toward minimum purchase requirements. Ensures "Free item with minimum purchase" offers maintain intended promotional returns across all locations.
Universal POS Integration
Works seamlessly across all POS integrations including POS, Sparkfly, and OLO platforms. Supports Item and Subtotal Discount coupons that use the Free discount type.
How It Works
When enabled, the system excludes discounts applied to qualifying items from minimum subtotal calculations. For a "Free Nachos w/ $3 Purchase" offer:

Traditional: Nachos ($2.99) + Taco ($2.00) = $4.99 minimum met

Enhanced: Only Taco ($2.00) counts, requiring additional items to reach $3.00

We're introducing Export Message Customization for reports, enabling you to add personalized subject lines and message content when exporting data. This enhancement provides the same messaging flexibility directly within your Loyalty platform workflow. In this release you’ll also be able to modify export schedule recipients to allow changes after the schedule is initially configured.

The program setting allows you to enable or disable member balance display through "LOC SMS Hide member balance from receipt." Toggle members balance visibility to address specific operational requirements while maintaining clean, focused receipt formatting.

We’ve updated the phone validation module in this release to align with recent changes in acceptable international phone formats with the intent to deliver more accurate and comprehensive global phone validation behavior.
